1. Purpose

These Terms and Conditions of Use (hereinafter "Terms") govern the use of the liraepaperco.com site and the purchase of Lirae Paper Co digital products (wedding stationery templates, wedding planners, downloadable designs).

By accessing this site and/or purchasing a Lirae product on the Etsy platform, you accept these Terms in full and without reservation.

2. Acceptance of Terms

Use of the site implies full acceptance of these Terms. Lirae Paper Co reserves the right to modify the Terms at any time. Users are invited to consult them regularly.

3. Template License

All digital products sold by Lirae Paper Co (hereinafter the "Templates") are protected by copyright laws. The purchase of a Template grants the buyer a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and non-commercial use license.

The buyer IS PERMITTED to:

• Use the Template for their own wedding or personal event
• Customize the Template via Canva (modification of text, colors, photos, layouts)
• Print the Template at the printer of their choice, in unlimited quantity
• Share the printed Template (invitations) with guests of their event

The buyer is NOT PERMITTED to:

• Resell, redistribute, or share the Template (original or modified file) to third parties
• Use the Template for commercial purposes (resale as templates, paid design services, etc.)
• Modify the Template to distribute it as their own (rebranding)
• Publish the Template on file-sharing platforms, torrent sites, or peer-to-peer networks
• Use the graphic elements of the Template (illustrations, composed palette, typography) in independent projects for commercial purposes

Any violation of this license constitutes copyright infringement punishable under Swiss copyright law (LDA).

4. Purchase and payment

All purchases of Lirae Paper Co products are made exclusively via the Etsy platform (shop: LiraePaperCo).

Payment terms, security, currency, and pricing are governed by Etsy's terms.

Prices are indicated in Swiss francs (CHF), euros (EUR), or US dollars (USD), including all applicable taxes (Swiss VAT 8.1% for buyers based in Switzerland, automatically calculated by Etsy).

5. Digital delivery

All Lirae Paper Co products are digital products with instant download.

After payment confirmation on Etsy, the buyer immediately receives:

• A download link to print-ready PDF files and/or MP4 files and/or editable Canva links
• A Lirae user guide (Welcome Packet or Print Guide depending on the product)
• Access to Lirae customer support at contact@liraepaperco.com

6. Return and refund policy

Due to the digital and instant nature of the products, no refund is granted once the download has been made.

This policy is consistent with industry standard practices for digital print-on-demand and Etsy's terms.

Exceptions granted on a case-by-case basis:

• File manifestly defective or corrupted (with evidence)
• Wrong product delivered (template different from the one purchased)
• Technical bug preventing access to files (Etsy or third-party platform)

For any support request, contact contact@liraepaperco.com within 14 days following the purchase.

7. Warranty and liability limitations

Lirae Paper Co undertakes to provide Templates that comply with the descriptions displayed on Etsy and liraepaperco.com.

Lirae Paper Co does not guarantee:

• The compatibility of the Templates with all versions of third-party software (Canva, PDF readers, printers)
• The printing results with third-party printers (quality, colors, delays)
• The absence of interruption or error in the use of the site

Lirae Paper Co cannot be held liable for any direct or indirect damage resulting from the use of the Templates, including financial losses, event delays, or printing errors.

8. Concierge service

Lirae Paper Co offers a bilingual customer service (FR/EN) at contact@liraepaperco.com.

Target response time: 24 business hours (Mon-Fri, excluding Swiss public holidays).

This service includes:

• Technical assistance for using Canva Templates
• Printing advice (Switzerland + France)
• Answers to product feature questions
• Handling of exceptional support requests

9. Intellectual Property

All content present on this site and included in Lirae Templates (texts, designs, illustrations, palettes, composed typography, photographs, PDF files) is the exclusive property of Lirae Paper Co.

Any use not in accordance with the license defined in §3 constitutes a violation of Lirae Paper Co's intellectual property rights.

10. Personal data

The collection and processing of personal data are governed by our Privacy Policy (see Legal Notice).

Lirae Paper Co undertakes to respect the new Swiss data protection law (nLPD) and the European GDPR.

11. External links

The liraepaperco.com site may contain links to third-party platforms (Etsy, Instagram, Pinterest, TikTok, Brevo, Canva).

Lirae Paper Co is not responsible for the content, practices, privacy policies, or terms of use of these third-party platforms.

12. Terms modifications

Lirae Paper Co reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time.

Modifications take effect upon their publication on the site. Continued use of the site after publication of the modifications constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Applicable law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Swiss law.

Any dispute relating to the interpretation or execution of these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Canton of Vaud, Switzerland.

In accordance with European law for consumers residing in the EU, you retain the possibility of bringing the case before the jurisdiction of your country of residence according to applicable rules.
